Making an application

You may find your property either through Hurston or through our letting agents. In either case you will be required to complete a tenancy application form available from Parsons Son & Basley (PSB), The Estate Office, Alma Place, 11 Lennox Place, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 1LZ  Tel: 01243 868600 or bognor@psandb.co.uk.

PSB are efficient at processing applications and can complete the process in 24 hours BUT to do this requires you to provide everything needed. PSB will advise you as to completion of a credit check, timing of interview and the amount of cleared funds needed for the deposit, initial rent and administration fees.

HEL wishes to see every applicant and guarantor in the office of PSB and whilst this may be done at very short notice it may take a day or so.

HEL wishes also to ensure as far as possible that the property which is to be let is in good condition and some work may be required following vacation. Please consider when you might like to occupy and for what initial period.
