Rent

All residential rent is payable in advance. All commercial/retail rent is payable in accordance with the tenancy agreement.

The first residential rent is payable by cash or cleared cheque. All other rents are to be by standing order at the beginning of the month. If paying by cheque you should allow 10 days for a cheque to clear. Should you wish to move faster we suggest a banker's draft or building society cheque.

When occupation is taken up part way through the month the following payments (if paying a deposit) should be made in order to align rent payments to the first of the month: -

Occupation date 1st-15th of the month - pay the residue of the month

Occupation date 16th to end of the month - residue of the month plus one month
